Weather for Derby and Derbyshire August 14th, 2020

Morning guys, okay so today The met Office reports we have a cloudy start, brightening up throughout the day and it will feel humid.

A rather cloudy and murky start for most, although it will soon brighten up during the morning, with some sunny spells developing into the afternoon. Feeling rather warm and humid too. Low cloud and murky conditions returning during the evening. Maximum temperature 27 °C.

Into this evening and tonight it will be dry, although it will remain rather cloudy and murky, with extensive low cloud and hill fog. It will be another warm and humid night for many. Minimum temperature 16 °C.

The UV and Pollen Index is high, pollution levels are low.

We again have thunderstorm warnings in place with AccuWeather predicting thunderstorms for Derbyshire at around midday and in the evening.

There are no flood warnings in place for Derby and Derbyshire currently in place.
