Weather in Derby and Derbyshire August 18th, 2020

Good Morning all, okay, so the Met Office reports a wet, windy day today. After a dry cloudy start heavy rain will move in from the southwest bringing strong winds by midday Max temp 20 °C.

This evening and tonight the rain will clear northeastwards, but it will become windy again with further heavy rain at times during the first half of the night. Clear spells will develop behind the rain. Remaining very mild. Minimum Temperature 15 °C.

UV and Pollution levels are low and Pollen levels are moderate, there are no flood warnings or alerts currently in place fro Derby and Derbyshire and no weather warnings either.

The BBC also reports a wet, windy day with a clear, dry night. AccuWeather reports a cloudy, rainy day so guys grab those windproof umbrellas if you're out and about today.
